Computer Technician

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Counter sale support for IT equipment
- Troubleshooting on Desktop and laptops related issues
- Installation of Operating systems, Antivirus, Microsoft Office, etc.

- Troubleshooting IT hardware related issues
- Provide IT support to end users as directed by supervisor

(You'll be provided training as required)

Requirements:
- Certifications in Computer hardware or Network (not mandatory but preferred)
- Experience in basic networking
- Experience in supporting end users
- Able to work after office hour/standby as required
- Good personality and attitude
- Independent, self-motivated team player
- Enjoy troubleshooting, helping according to customer needs with positive attitude

Counter Sales

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Counter sale support for IT equipment

- Responsible for handling all sales function in professional manner
- Provide quick and efficient service to obtain maximum sales and also focus on customer satisfaction
- Should respond to any queries and give every information that customer needs

Requirements:

- Certifications in Computer basic training or marketing (not mandatory but preferred)
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Should have good personality and attitude

- Independent, self-motivated team player

- Helping customers according to their needs with positive attitude
